H2NO was founded in 2015.
Why did we call it that? We certainly wanted a name that was original, easy to remember, but most importantly, one that would make it clear on the fly that water is certainly not the star here.
Also because, as they say in Venice, "l'acqua marcisse i pai," meaning water rots the poles! Better then a good glass of beer!

OUR STAFF IS OUR FAMILY.
IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD.
We are Davide, Mariangela (our beer sommelier!) and Mattia, and since we opened there is not a day that we don't try to improve.
And those who give us the opportunity to do so every day are our customers, who are always ready to try the innovations we bring in the choice of beers and the creation of our cicchetti, even when we like to be daring!
We have a rich and varied offering, but our secret lies in some special ingredients... Which ones? Hospitality, professionalism, originality and passion for our work.
